Blueberry & Strawberry Oat Smoothie

I truly believe sundays are for smoothies! 

Blend (1 servings)
10-15 blueberries 

5 strawberries

1/2 cup almond milk

2 tablespoons of oats

1 teaspoon hepm powder 

Add more almond milk if you prefer 😉 

Top with
Chia seeds and blueberries
