Woomly Fertility Yoga is much more than yoga. I’ve incorporated traditional Yoga Asanas with soft and gentle South American tribal feminine movements to call in fertility. This practice is tailored for women looking to conceive naturally, or as support for a fertility treatments like IVF. It’s suitable for women who have just conceived in their first trimester of pregnancy (0-14 weeks) and for anyone looking for womb healing practices, to balance hormones and have 1-1 support from a women fertility expert.

After each fertility yoga session, you will feel relaxed and more positive about your fertility journey!

Fertility Yoga is for women looking for to conceive, naturally or undergoing fertility treatment such as IVF. If you are already pregnant in your first trimester this class is also for you.

Fertility Yoga acts to naturally stimulate ovarian function and enhance your womb environment. A variety of body, mind and spirit resources are drawn from yoga to help women cope with the stress associated with uncertainties around this time and to increase the ability to self-nurture in preparation for motherhood.

A relaxing and nurturing environment to promote a healthy hormone balance, cleanse your womb and support your wellbeing. It provides a time of reflection and calm.
