Once you have booked and paid into Paypal or my bank account you have agreed this Terms & Conditions.
- My fees are described under every service.
- I only offer in person sessions with the option to do it online using Zoom in the occasion that we can’t meet in person.
- I have to charge the full cost if a session is cancelled within 24 hours of its scheduled start time. Or if I visit your home and you don’t answer after 15 minutes of ringing and knocking at your door.
- I’ll email an invoice in order to take bookings. If you have paid it means you have booked my services. If you buy a plan, program or a package we must agree on dates the sessions will take place on the first 30 days the booking/payment takes place.
- I operate a payment term of 30 days, after which I observe the UK Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998, entitling freelancers to claim a £40 late fee per session upon non-payment of debts. After those 30 days, I’ll resubmit the original invoice with the additional £40 late fee, then if the debt remains unpaid 60 days after the original invoice submission date, a court claim will be made for the original sum and the late fee in addition to the charge of making that claim, a full list of which can be found at https://www.gov.uk/make-court-claim-for-money/court-fees.
Online Sessions
- If nobody is online at the scheduled start time I’ll message you with a reminder and I’ll wait on Zoom for a maximum of 20 minutes. I’ll still have to charge the full fee for scheduled sessions if nobody turns up.
Money Back
As per the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you are entitled to cancel your program or booking and receive a full refund of any fees paid within 14 days of completing your booking / payment.

Prenatal Missed Session & Cancellation Policy
You can cancel one (1) appointment with no charge up to twenty-four (24) hours before your booking (same deal on my side).
The second session cancelled you will 50%.
After the third session cancelled you will be charged for the full session.
'No show' pays the full fee of the session.
For coaching, yoga and planning programs are expected to schedule at least one session a week.
If you are going on holidays or travelling for work please let me know in advance.
Full Birth Package Cancellation Policy of 14 Days.

Last minute cancelations would be charged 50% session.
After the third session cancelled you will be charged for the full session.
