BREATHWORK

90 Minutes of breathwork where I will analize your breath pattern and help you find ways to realise physical and a tension in your body. Starting with your jaw, that is directly connected to your pelvis, and following towards your whole body including your pelvis, your hips, your back and your whole body fascia.

    Postnatal Healing and beyond

    Breathing techniques to strengthen your pelvic floor (no matter how loose or tight it is) and bring your rectum abdominals together (streamy beneficial for those suffering from diastasis recti). The sessions are very completely impact and we can start when ever you are ready. From the start of your postpartum journey until a few years after conceiving your child. This practice can take place at your home if you have given birth recently. You will be laying down most of the time. It can help healing and cleansing your womb physically and emotionally if you’ve had a difficult birth.

    There are two parts. Ideally you can book two sessions.

    Postnatal Breathwork 1 should be practiced for 3-4 weeks before Postnatal Breathwok 2.

    I’ve been practicing this healing breathwork since I had my first child 10 years ago. Not only as part of my training and fitness routine but it also help me going back to sleep and relax during difficult times.

  • This practice is for everyone! What ever gender you are or identify with. I used specially for women on their journey to conceive birth and recover postnatally but kids, men and women through their menopause and beyond will find benefits in practicing breathwork.

    Postnatal Breathwork can be recorded so you can do it continuously for a year when you find time around your mother duties. It’s a lifetime skill you’ll want to have from early on.


Yoga 

60 Minutes of yoga weather is hatha yoga, womb yoga, fertility yoga, pregnancy or postnatal yoga we will start with a meditation and grounding breaths. Followed by a bespoke yoga sequence according to where you are that day. This might include asanas as well as South American tribal movements to encourage blood flow and to bring your energy into certain areas of your body for healing, cleansing, homone balance and releasing of tension and stress. The session ends with savasana that may incorporate Yoga Nidra (sleeping meditation), visualisations, guided meditation and deep relaxation.

    Creative yoga classes for all everyone (beginners to intermediate). You will move and explore your own body using traditional yoga asanas. These sessions are for anyone looking for a grounding, creative and relaxing yoga class in London. My flow is aimed to help you tune into your body and boost general wellness. You will leave feeling amazing, strong and relaxed.

    FERTILITY YOGA

    For women looking to conceive, undergoing fertility treatments and for all of those women who want to keep their womb fertile and alive naturally.

    PREGNANCY YOGA

    Pregnancy Yoga is accessible to all pregnant women, from new to yoga experts. My classes provide adaptations of classic yoga, including micro-movements and hatha flow sequences. I also offer a caring, relaxed and nurturing atmosphere. You will learn techniques for birth and your daily life as a pregnant mum like how to protect your joints when standing, siting, rolling in bed or how to breath to relax and in preparation for birth.

    POSTNATAL YOGA

    Postnatal yoga is tailored 90% for mums to nourish their body and prepare to get back into any other yoga classes, running and sports, to strengthen inside out and avoid injuries. Babies can watch, sleep, feed, play together or get involved in some of the exercises. From vinyasa adapted movements to gentle recovery techniques to restructure abdominals and strengthening pelvic floor.

    MUM & BABY YOGA

    This session is tailored 80% to babies and 20% to mums. They nurture baby’s cognitive and emotional development. This class focuses on movements with your baby, the sessions include baby massage and yoga movement to bond and ensure a happy and healthy baby. Relaxation and some postnatal exercises are included for mum: to stabilise the pelvis, strengthen pelvic floor, join abdominal muscles, regain and maintain healthy posture after birth, develop relaxation skills and self- nurture). From 8 weeks until the start to crawl.

    STRONG WOMEN’S YOGA

    Feminine session according to the season in your cycle. Stronger after your period, active during ovulation, softer during PMS and mellow during your reflective and uncomfortable days. Move with the your cycle and the moon.

    Build strength inside out with a yoga-pilates session. This is a strong practice offered for the more active, empowered and badass days of your cycle.
