This Fertility Yoga & Coaching semi-private group is a natural fertility treatment and a support group for women looking to conceive naturally, undergoing fertility treatments like IVF or looking to prepare for conception. Also for women in the first few weeks of pregnancy (0-14 weeks), if pregnancy happens whilst you are part of this group we run a beautiful ceremony to be grateful to the energy of creation within you.

These sessions will enhance your womb ecology and help you connect with feminine energy and heal post-traumatic stress opening space for creativity. This is a natural fertility treatment, and it can also supports your journey during IVF or any other fertility treatment. It’s a great way to prepare for pregnancy, motherhood and life.
